If mentioned, please forgive this oversight. The US Postal Service has changed its rates recently and made things very much more complicated than they were. I am having difficulty catching up.
If you find that you are not just told about lesser rates but are being offered lesser rates (e.g., there is a link that results in the lesser charge being charged), then take advantage of them. I am changing the site as fast as possible but there will be a brief period of weeks (months or years, even) where lesser rates for shipping are available through this link or that. As they come up, I will fix them. If you are charged less, I will not be asking for additional funds - it will be considered a gift of luck (good luck for you, bad luck for me).
