Head-Cleaners hypnosis CDs and hypnosis tapes focus on various issues that challenge a person and limit optimal happiness and self control. What makes their descriptions seem a little confusing for many people is the breadth of the issues each tackles. This is sort of a shot-gun approach that tries to touch on a wide range of the issues that can cause trouble, even though the basic problem is a very focused single issue. Each is thus broadly focused around the particular issue that is the core focus. The two recordings for eating issues, for example, (to diet down right and practical, optimal eating, too) focus on many of the issues that cause eating control to be a struggle -- the former focusing on self-discipline/self-control issues and the latter focusing on healthy eating motivation and both including suggestions for self-esteem, self-anger, frustration tolerance, acceptance of anxiety-provoking changes, accepting loss of favorite snacks, motivation for health, using one's ability to forget things in a positive manner instead of a counterproductive manner, feeling tough and resilient with respect to handling challenges, feeling empowered, focusing on happiness as a primary value rather than some arbritrary number of pounds and being patient with one's self. These suggestions are presented through a variety of intentionally inspecific wordings that make it possible for the individual listener to form-fit them to the specific issues on hand. The descriptions of Head-Cleaners recordings that are provided are not intended to be a list of all the issues that the purchaser must have to make that recording appropriate for his or her needs. If you have any of the issues described in a recording description, that recording will probably be appropriate for you. On the other hand, the wording of each recording is crafted so that you will in most cases not even notice when issues you do not have are mentioned, even though those issues were listed as being targetted by the particular CD or tape. Picking a head-cleaners hypnosis CD or hypnosis tape can seem confusing when you think in terms of finding exactly the one you need on the basis of what each description tells you. The descriptions of head-cleaners recordings are not intended to suggest that you need to have all those particular issues -- just any of them. You just pick one in the ball park and -- unless you are one of the approximate 3% of customers that just don't care for my voice and style -- it will pretty likely be experienced as hitting where you want. |
