little problems, BIG PROBLEMS
head-cleaners tapes & CDs

The head-cleaners tapes and CDs are designed to be broadly applicable to the differences in potential listener's lives, attitudes, difficulties, needs, wants, whims and levels of intensity of problems

The head-cleaners hypnosis tapes and CDs are based on hypnotic strategies developed by Milton Erickson. Ericksonian, indirect hypnotic strategies rely on fashioning suggestions that are sculpted and woven from words and phrases that are intentionally vague and/or intended to have multiple meanings.

When wordings are general, vague and indrectly suggestive, the listener makes sense of the wordings on the basis of his or her individual needs and concerns. The listener's mind will tend to make sense of what is said on the basis of what that mind expects and needs.

Nothing in this world is one-size fits all. However, head-cleaners hypnosis tapes and CDs are designed to be as broadly applicable to the differences in potential listener's lives, attitudes, difficulties, needs, wants, whims and intensities of problems.

The actual problems and concerns that each recording targets are rarely even alluded to and almost never directly mentioned. [Thus, for example, the nightmare to nice dreams recording is appropriate as a range of goals from fostering empowering dreams to entering into sleep better to stopping nightmares. It targets nightmares by focusing on empowering dreams and easier sleep and never actually mentions nightmares except for in the title.]
