I like to help and I like to write and I have a lot of training and experience helping people change their lives so they have less stress and less distress and lots more hope and happiness.
In addition to selling hypnosis recordings -- which are also created to help and to heal -- I am trying to make as much of what I know available, in as readable a fashion as possible so that it is available free of charge to anyone that might need or benefit from it. This site can be a potent resource for ideas, information and practical strategies for maximizing mental health, productivity, happiness and hopefulness. It can fill a little bit of the growing gap between people who need help and the help that people need that is caused by the increasing number of people without adequate insurance or income. Making this site a helpful resource takes a lot of time. I would greatly appreciate any help that anyone might feel comfortable providing me.
