Realistically, anyone can copy pretty much anything, with or without permission. The copy is usually of less quality than the original, but not so much so that it would keep anyone from copying. It also seems possible that it just may be a better policy to be flexible rather than restrictive. It is basically hoped that anyone who might benfit from my work will be helped to do so and that anyone who can pay, will pay. If my work can assist someone, feel free to give them a copy along with the information about cautions, headphones, etc. If they like my work and can pay, I would appreciate it if they could go to the site and purchase a copy. I encourage purchasers to give copies to anyone who they believe could benefit from my work offered on this site and who cannot afford to pay for it. Making and using copies of head-cleaners tapes and CDs is permitted as long as 1) copies are made by the individual who originally obtained the tape or CD from Dr. J. and/or Head-Cleaners, LLC, 2) copies are not marketed, leased, rented or used in any marketing endeavor, 3) copies are not altered in any way, 4) copies are presented as copies of original productions whose copyrights are wholly owned by Head-Cleaners, LLC., 5) that cautions and directions for use from the j-card of the tape or CD or from the www.head-cleaners.com website be copied and maintained along with any copied tape and users are referred to the website for information on optimizing use. Individuals and therapists. [revised to include prices, CD references 06/02/04] It is hoped that copies will be generally used by individuals for their personal purposes to assure personal ongoing access or for giving to family and friends that may benefit from using these tapes or CDs but who might not otherwise purchase one, and by therapists who like the tapes/CDs and want to use them with clients and want to give their clients the choice of purchasing an original or giving them a copied tape/CD at no charge. [ Added 5/07/03 ] This copying policy is not intended to imply that I give permission to anyone to copy tapes for resale. Please don't make copies and sell them.   (Resale of purchased-from-head-cleaners, new, shrink-wrapped tapes and CDs is, of course, permissible.)
