Reinforcing reassurances that connections with loved ones are permanent and transcend across any sort or intensity of distance.

For an attitude and aptitude aimed at anxiousness about travel.   A guided imagery and verbal word weaving focused on soothing anxiousness about travel by focusing on fostering a strong sense of connectedness to home and loved ones, a more potent sense of resiliency and faith in one's self, an ability to distract one's self at certain strategic times, an appreciation of exploration and a sense of self esteem, bravery and achievement.

control and contrivence to overcome cancer
For cancer strugglers: Hypnotic guided imagery and suggestion focused on soothing empowerment, practical cancer-handling attitudes, stomach settling-soothing and hopefully fostering healing via suggestions and imageries of cleansing one's blood and body of cancer cells.

For help with a general or specific difficulty with making a decision and then letting one's self live with it. Focuses on letting one's self gather what information is available and then make a choice -- and focuses on being able to trust one's self to be able to handle the outcome of decisions made.

For worry, stress, anxiety and depression. A practical, logical sense of hope and resiliency based on an acceptance of the basic reality that either a) there is no purpose to life and thus no need to think you need to do better than you can because in the long run all there will be a complete end to distress, memory and/or any sense of being inadequate or missing something in life, OR b) there is a purpose to life and an ongoing reality and thus all things that happen in this life have a purpose and a benefit in the long run AND any distress or mess in this life will ultimately be only a minor, tiny part of your entire existance AND it is very, very unlikely that you are able to be more of a goof-up than whatever Higher Power there is can handle.

Couples 2 - Connected To
For committed couples (e.g., committed partners). An exercise in reinforcing emotional bonds and partnering interdependency practicalities.

Couples 2 - Partnering, Too
For committed couples (e.g., married). An exercise in re-establishing and reinforcing emotional bonds and partnering feelings and practical perspectives (e.g., feeling like partners facing the hostilities of the world; for couples interested in feeling closer.

Couples 2 - Trusting, Too
For committed couples (e.g., married). An exercise in fostering, understanding, being reasonable about and accomplishing practical, optimal, reasonable "trusting."

an end to encopresis
For kids five on up who struggle with encopresis -- "soiling", repeated "pooping" in the pants or other inappropriate places. Focuses on reducing anger, fostering self esteem, reducing social avoidnce, increasing sensitivity and awareness of internal cues and pride and self confidence in being able to relax and allow bowels to move while on the toilet.

TRUSTING

For help with issues of goofed up trust strategies in relationships; trusting too much, trusting too little. Doesn't add gray cells or provide fabulous formulas but does work to increase self-care and other decision making skills, increase realistic sense of faith in self, reduce unrealistic anxieties and foster self-care on the one hand and also a sense of resilience on the other.

Couples 2 - Touching, Too
For committed couples (e.g., married). An exercise in physically touchlessly, emotionally touching; for couples interested in feeling emotionally closer.

Couples 2 - Work To Trust - No Rust, No Bust
For committed couples (e.g., married). An exercise in reestablishing and enhancing feelings of trust in the relationship.

The recordings above may be available sooner (i.e., next month), or maybe later (i.e., next year), depending on whims and winds of interest that register on my radar.

Recordings are envisioned, devised, produced and made available on the basis of a number of factors -- primarily on the basis of the need I perceive. My hope is to publish and make available about 30 more hypnosis tapes/CDs in the next few years. Of the hundred or so recordings I have in mind and/or on scraps of notes everywhere in my office, vehicle and home, the titles above are the ones that have at least begun to be woven. The time it takes to write a "trancescript" and the cost of professionally publishing and reproducing each tape makes it tough-
to-impossible to publish several recordings at once. I will tend to prioritize which recordings are finished and made available before others on the basis of the number of people in my practice -- and the number of people who send me emails -- who might have a particular need or interest.

Feel free to either suggest particular topics and/or give a vote of encouragement toward the completion of a particular tape you might want to see available. Input will be accepted only on the basis of suggestion and the decisions of the judges will be final (that would be my wife and my self). Be aware that even one email might do the deed. (This is because I am a healer and not likely to be mistaken for a businessman.)
